Mardi Himal Base Camp is a short trek in Nepal. It is a small mountain peak with 5557m above sea level. But it needs peak climbing gears. Mardi Himal Base Camp Trek can start from three different points such as Kande, Kalimati and Siding. These are the points to starting the trek or one of the points to end. And also there is another point via Landruk to start or end the trek, it is the route for those trekkers who would like to do Annapurna south base camp trek. It will not be wrong if I say one of the best and short treks in Nepal and except combining Annapurna south BC, the Mardi Himal trek duration normally 5 days Pokhara to Pokhara. 

Mardi Himal Trek is Annapurna panorama trek. The trek route of Mardi Himal offers a greenery lush wildness, big forest, wild animals, and very peaceful trek as well. You can see Annapurna (8091m) which is the tenth highest mountain in the world (if you reached to Mardi Himal Base Camp), Annapurna south (7219m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Gangapurna (7454m), Fishtail (6993m), Annapurna 2nd, Annapurna 3rd, etc. It is not this much; the trek offers green hills and valleys, gorges. Mardi Himal Trek is a dramatic panorama trek.

The trek route has tea houses or it called tea house trek. It is a lodge to lodge trek. You do not need to carry a sleeping tent, mattresses. The first day if you start the trek from Kande just about one and a half hour then stop at Australian camp for the night then the 2nd day will be to Forest Camp. So, you should be prepared for something pack lunch or dry food because it will be a long or a bit far for lunch. After you left Deurali there is a teashop in an hour but it is not sure whether it keeps open or not. That way, make sure that the tea shop is keeping open or not? It takes approximately 4 hours from Deurali. The res places are located in a good destination.
