Trip Name: Everest Base Camp Trekking

Raju Gurung (head manager) is a very honest, human and warm person! You learn who your agent is especially when things don't go by the plan, and we had a few unexpected obstacles.. Raju was all the time available and helpful. He suggeste solutions, and when we needed help because one of the porters got sick, he arranged a helicopter evacuation, and took the responsibility. Raju gave us an excellent service and I appreciate very much his devotion. Visited October 2016
