What shall I take (backpacking list) for the lodge (tea house) trekking in Nepal Himalayas?
The backpacking list for your trekking in Nepal Himalayas is the most important factor for the Nepal trip. The main thing is safety for yourself and taking to the trek unnecessary clothing and equipment are wetter for your trekking porters. It can be the cause your luggage arrives at your lodge after waiting a long time because the porter cannot walk fast with heavy luggage. We suggest you make a backpack for a porter about 20 kg maximum for Nepal Himalayas trekking. The following some hiking checklist or backpacking gear checklist are given -

One-liter water bottles or a hydration pack ( recommend a metal bottle, which covers which keeps warm during the night into a sleeping bag for your feet)
